Biking not only relies on your physical ability, you also need to have the proper gear to match. If you just randomly go biking, then there is a huge change of you injuring yourself. Biking is not as simple as it looks, especially if you are thinking of making it a daily activity. Biking can really put a toll in your body, trust me, it can really make you exhausted for weeks.
